4 Noble truths

 What is the First Noble Truth?

 The first truth is that life is suffering, life includes pain, getting old, disease, and ultimately death. thier is physical suffering and mental suffering. We endure suffering like loneliness , fear, embarrassment, disappointment and anger. Buddhism explains how suffering can be avoided and how we can be truly happy.

 

What is the Second Noble Truth?

 We cause our suffering, The second truth is that suffering is caused by craving or desires. Always Wanting things deprives us of contentment and happiness. It enslaves us .WE waste a lifetime chasing things that we really dont need are quiet often meaningless. So craving leads to physical suffering. We quiet often place too much value on material things that will only exist a short time or have little meaning in life.

 What is the Third Noble Truth?

 The third truth is thatWe can cease our suffering and understand what true happiness and contentment are and bring them into our life. When we free ourselves from craving and learn to live each day at a time (living in the moment) then we can become happy and free. This is Nirvana.

 What is the Fourth Noble Truth?

 The fourth truth is that the Noble 8-fold Path is the path which leads to the end of suffering.
